HDMI AV Amp + Sub wanted

Im after something I can feed my HTPC and Xbox 360 Elite into. Both sending a HDMI and Optical lead for video + audio respectively into the amp, and then HDMI out to the TV.

Im not after anything OMG amazing, but I am after something that is black. 5.1 will be fine.

I also need a sub, no idea what im looking at cost wise for this though.
