I have Sky HD in my living room, and have a magic eye and analogue connection through to my bedroom.

I would like to be able to watch HD in my bedroom as well, my TV in my bedroom including vertical drops is approx 27m.

Is there any HDMI switches that will output to two devices at the same time without switching? Id like to send a cable up through the roof and into my other box so i can watch in glorious HD while lying in bed.

I know i could do this with an hdmi switch but that would involve manually switching, while i want to have the ability to watch in both rooms at the same time.

Let me know how you get on with that. I want to alternate between outputting to a tv and projector, but have been wary of hdmi splitters since reading of issues people had when splitters first came out.

Will do, ill use it to send to my projector initially until i can find a decent hdmi cable that will run the length i need, if it works okay, ill get another and split sky- tv/proj and sky-tv/proj/tv

Arrived today and ive saved myself a fortune :)

Was going to have to buy an amp that split between proj and tv, but with this, ive got the splitter going into a 3 way hdmi splitter, which sends to both projector and TV at the same time (obviously i just turn on whatever i want). I then split that into my PS3/Sky TV/Media player and it works flawlessly, can even watch TV and projector at the same time.

Im going to order another and a long hdmi cable now so i can do the same into my bedroom, HDMI from sky split 2 ways.

Excellent bit of kit, no loss of picture quality either :)

Its been great so far, instead of spending £700 on that onkyo amp, i can now buy something cheaper, put the extra to speakers, and still be able to view on tv or projector.

Going to actively look for amp and speakers this week so i can reclaim my z5500's for my pc.

Mark - been told that at those lengths you need to run HDMI - CAT5/6 - HDMI. You can buy them for about £30. I am currently waiting on mine to be delivered so i will tell you how it goes :)

Good man cheers, i saw little cat5 - hdmi adaptors when browsing the other day but havent done anything about it, the thought of crawling about 50 metres total isnt appealing as its all on boards and belly.
