Hi I currently have an ATI HD2900 PRO linked to a Belinea 19" LCD, however I also have a Toshiba Regza WLT68 42" that I use for watching TV and I am thinking of connecting the computer to the Toshiba in HD mode, however im not sure exactly what to do, can the GFX card output 1080i for the Regza, will a HDMI cable allow this and what setup needs to be done to the GFX card? Thanks Dom

the 2900 Pro can output 1080i altho the image quality isnt that good, you will need to use the DVI-HDMI adaptor you got with the card and select the modes the TV can support in catalyst

Thanks Raiderx so if the image quality is not that good is it pretty pointless to connect them in hd and would i be aswell just to connect them normaly, also what is the best way to ouput hd quality from your pc?

its best to run it in 720p or if you have a tv that supports it, 1080p as that runs at native res so has a clearer image
