Headphones £50-£100

Need to be closed. Are the Sennheiser HD280's a good buy? Anything better in that range?

Are there any stroes that have a good range in stock you can listen too? Richer srounds today let me try the 595's but didn't have the 280's open to try.

Any other stores do demos?

£100 really is the max budget unfortunatley Nothing else in that range anygood?

I'm really finding it hard to find anything in the sub £100 area. Just been reading that the HD280's are pretty awfull. Any other suggestions folks?

Well I caved and have ended up getting the Sennheiser HD25-1 II's

I will probably end up needign a longer lead for them. What are the suggested leads?
