They don't need one for gaming since the load is low, usually only for very long sustained writes do you experience throttling (except for maybe PCIE 5.0 drives).Is it 100% advisable to get one with a heatsink or just for games, will that be ok?

That sounds about right. Storage is advertised as 1000gb = 1tb, while Windows uses 1024 instead (actually shows tebibyte instead of terabyte). 4tb advertised works out to ~3.638tb odd.well..got my new NVMe drive. While it was a breeze to install, im getting 3.6tb of space, where the **** did the other 400gb go???
