My knowledge of power needs is non-existent , so I could use some help. Based on the following system specs, will the HX520 be enough, or would I be better of getting the HX620?

AMD Athlon X2 4600+
ASUS A8N-SLI Premium
2GB Crucial Ballistix RAM (4x 512MB @ 2.8v)
nVidia GeForce 8800GTX

Creative X-FI Extreme Gamer - PCI
Linksys Wi-Fi Card - PCI
Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-T 500: Dual Digital TV tuner - PCI

2x SATA hard drives
2x IDE DVD writers

6x USB devices
3 or 4 case fans

Thanks for your help.

No way. The 520W is way more than enough. You only need the 620W if you're going SLI, and even then I reckon the 520 would cope fine.

And isn't 2.8 a really high voltage for RAM?

Not for DDR ram. It's about average. :)

Yup i'd say save the extra as even if you upgrade your cpu for a c2d etc a 520 should handle it with ease.
