Help confirming if a web shop is still open.

I don't post very often, so apologies for asking this question while not contributing to the forum.

My problem is I bought an item from coolercases.co.uk on the 21st of Dec. The money has left my account & I've had the order ack, but nothing else. I've tried contacting all the emails listed multiple times & phoning. I've also tried registering on the shops forum, but I'm unable to post since I'm not approved. I've even tried contacting the admins of the forum.

I apologies for posting this, but I'm not really sure what else to do before I try & claw back the funds.

P.s I was after a Danger Den TDX AM2 Replacement Top for my old x64 block. Anyone know where I can find one?

At somepoint I'll local. It's just the principle of the thing + I might get there & find an empty building. It's just odd as I remember them from back when I used to overclocking. Plus I've got a new mobo/ram/cpu inbound & I need what I've ordered.

Competitor, even if scammer. Thread doesn't have long left! If you paid by credit card, get in contact with your bank and claim it back.

I live about 5 minutes away from it and was just about to post that it wasn't a shop.

If it were a shop, I would probably use it all the time. Not many proper computer shops round here.

Anyone know where else I can get a DD TDK replacment top for an AM2 cpu
