So I have a 1911 commemorative medal but it doesn't look like any of the ones I can find online, I have searched every which way, and simply cannot find it. On the back it simply says "GEORGE.V.AND.MARY.CROWNED.1911" with a picture of george and mary and on the front it says "MAY.ITS.COURSE.BE.PROSPEROUS"

The back looks like this except with Mary as well -

The front looks like this except silver, and with a loop for the ribbon bar to go through - https://thumbs.worthpoint.com/zoom/...perous_1_556e68367c33c754feb6f16c01415a7e.jpg

Its either going to be so common nobody bothered to take a picture of one, fake, or very rare. Knowing my luck it won't be the latter of the three! :p

Anyone have any clue about this sort of thing, or does anyone have stronger Google-fu than I do?

I'll get pics of the actual item later.

TIA :)

I have a Victoria one, they tend to be just fairly common trinkets. An early version of those "coins" you see on tv ads.

I'm more interested in why I can see several variations of it online, but not the particular one I have. Its annoying me. I've found results and values for every coin and medal I have, going way back to 1892, but nothing for this thing.
