help lol (cleaning wheels and black spots)

i neglected my car big time and the wheels look horrendous

what would be the best way of tackling this, the rusty looking stuff on the wheels and those black spots on the paint don't come off with normal washing/scrubbing as i tried before last year when i last washed it

Lots of iron build up, need something like iron X to get rid of that first. Then brush and wheel cleaner products. You won't be remove all the rust though.

Use tar remover for the black spots, then clay bar. You will need to wax it after to protect it.

Fallout remover for the wheels, tar remover for the black spots.

Wheels look like they are rusting though, in addition to the fallout. Will need a refurb to fix that.

some acid wheel cleaner then give them a quick blast with silver spray.
are they chevrolet wheels ? hardly look worth the hassle.

I have used oven cleaner in the past with one of those magic sponges, cleans all the brake dust off and doesn't damage the wheel
