Help me! £500 gaming system with sandy bridge

every mobo has a bios loaded, the case comes with a 120mm intake fan and 120mm exhaust fan, you can fit more, the cpu comes with stock cooler too, you can replace this later on for an aftermarket cooler if you intend on overclocking. that machine will blow an imac away.
 
What If i was to upgrade to a sandy bridge CPU and downgrade the graphics card? I've been reading that the i5 is a lot better then the AMD x4 CPU and putting the extra money in the cpu may be a better investment for the future :)
