If your comparing both on paper I can only suggest you take a test drive in each - It will provide a lot of clarity to which of the cars YOU prefer.

I hate to say I'd probably be buying the Civic in your circumstances. It's still a good drivers car but it's newer, roomier, probably safer, has a hatchback for practicality...
Shame you can't afford a DC5 Integra.

The Integra is lovely, but the only downside to the Civic aside from the lack of rawness is the as stated, oil tanker turning circle, 1 1/2 full lock and bam, reverse back and straighten up again to park![]()
