Help me connect a scart tv box to vga monitor

Hi,
I have a scart freeview box, that I want to connect to monitor with vga.
I want to be able to use computer speakers too with a single 3.5mm jack.

Please help with cables!

its not easy to do, TVs and monitors are designed for different things.

Easiest way to do it is buy a PCI tuner card.

I think you can by composit SCART to VGA converters which cost a fair bit.
