4090 on 850w = BOOM
Hi, I have Maximus IX Apex Z270 and 2 sticks of lovely c19 4133mhz TridentZ RGB DDR4. They run just great if I select XMP and then manually change the speed to 4000mhz.

Which settings would you recommend upping in the bios for 4133mhz?

I've only changed vcore for my 5ghz overclock.

Thanks for the reply.

The code is 55 then after a while it goes through another loop.

Are the timings right for the speed bud? If XMP is setting at lower memory speed chances are it could have lower timings than your 4,133 should. If you set the timings manually as stated on your memory spec does it change anything?

55 means the memory is capable of that speed but timings need adjusting. I got the 3200mhz C14 8Pack sticks working no issue on Z270 Apex first boot C19 so maybe your IMC is running out of headroom or the sticks have a problem with one of the secondary or Tertiary timings the board is training.

Try one stick at a time in the slot nearest the CPU.
