Help me spend the Goverments money!

i've activated Windows 7 Home Premium OEM on my build more times than i would care to mention, I had to use manual activation over the phone one time, but i've installed 4-5 times!

Am I lucky or something?

More often than not they'll do it. But it's not worth taking the risk if you can't afford/don't want to chug up for another copy if they don't.

Technically you shouldn't do it as well as an OEM key is supposed to be one use only. You aren't thieving or anything by trying to get it activated on another machine but I do think it's against the T&C that you originally accept (without having read them like most other people :p)

Not that it matters once it's activated ;)

I've gone for Sandy bridge as it was £15 ish cheaper than Ivy Bridge and the performance difference is small (< 5%) and only noticeable where a game is CPU limited anyway (BF3 isn't for example)

Motherboard allows Crossfire but not at optimal speed and would not be recommended either if you are going this route. Yu'll need a better board. HDD space isn't that much. If you have a large HDD in your Dell PC then if you can use this as well then that is better. Alternatively, for a little more:
