HELP PLEASE, PC SPARKS, PRETTY URGENT!

Nobody can say what is or might be damaged based upon that almost zero information. Numerous reasons could say damage or not. You have two choices. Just keep replacing good parts until something works or is found defective. Or start by using a multimeter and one minute of labor so that others know what you have.

Many make the mistake of assuming the PSU is the entire power system. PSU is controlled by a power controller that decides when to power on, when CPU can execute, how to setup peripherals, and when PSU powers off. Only way to say what is and is not working means that one minute of labor with the meter. Or just start buying replacement parts.

The normal manufacturing process is to wash the motherboard maybe in a dishwasher. Water is not harmful to parts as long as the board is dry when power is applied.

did you miss the pics with the hole burnt in the mobo ?

your cpu/memory might have survived, only way to know would be to test,i doubt youd damage anything else by testing them

edit: i wonder where youd stand for possible rma of mb? if theres no visable watermarks you might get a replacement board?

Pictures show nothing useful. Which trace is burned? What exactly were each PC adjacent PC trace. Without hard facts, answers can only be speculation. Those pictures do not provide any useful detail; are not even clear enough. To be useful, it must show exactly what trace shorted to what. And what each trace connected to.

The meter can provide hard facts and therefore useful answers.

The motherboard has suffered a dead short so a multimeter would only help check the psu in this instance.

Do as already suggested by Stulid, get a motherboard and try your cpu/ram and hopefully you will be OK.
Might be a good idea to use the stock Intel hsf while testing though :)
