I really need some help with this I am pulling my hair out, what little bit I’ve got! Designed a web page for my mate, when I look at the web page from my computer it looks ok, but when he looks at it from his computer the left side nav bar is at the bottom of the page? This is the addy: www.jbcontrols.co.uk, when I try and view source it only shows me 19 lines of the web page? It’s as though it’s not picking up the .CSS file but I have loaded the .CSS onto the server, if I remove it I get the same results?? Yes I have asked him to refresh the site from his computer and still the same thing? Any ideas comments would greatly be appreciated, being a pensioner my thinking is not as good as it was. The reason why you cannot see the source is because your domain name is pointing to a page which is just a frame, and in that frame your page is loading from this address:
http://66.7.221.122/~jbcontro/
If you look at that address instead you will be able to look at your source code in full.
From this end it seems to be finding the css file fine though...

No offence intended, but your mate should really consider getting a professional to make the site. It falls some way short of looking professional, and given that this site is for a business, it doesn't really give a good impression for potential clients.
