Help with Holiday pics and getting that finished DVD!!!!

Hi, got three weeks around 200 pic’s off my new Lumix TZ5 camera. Basically Hong Kong, Perth, Sydney, Cairns and Singapore. Anyway picture looks great for Holiday snaps but when I put them on Nero Slide-show to put them on to DVD to show on the TV when it goes on the TV they are moving between in focus and out as it were…Anyone got a clue how to just bring up pin sharp pictures on the TV……..granted its only a average old TV nothing fancy.........

Also I'd like keep a copy on somthing other than the PC....just doing a Data disk should do the trick?
