Help with isp choice? No throttling/shaping etc

Where can I find more information about Sky LLU please?

I typed Sky LLU in Google, but nothing really comes up for it?

If it's really is unlimited, might be interested in changing to it from Virgin.

^You could just go to that link since it's what you'd get if sky has a LLU presence at your exchange (or at least the exchange you'll be on since you're on virgin at the moment).
 
You have BT WBC there which opens the options to just about any ISP, but if going for a choice out of them either o2/Fluidata or Sky will give you the better service, CWP/TTB are just awful!
