Wondering if you guys can help me with my myprotein order. A bit about me first. I am 23 and been weight training on and off for about 3 years now (currently had a month off with the holidays at home). Since last summer I haven't been able to train properly until now because of a broken wrist. I play a lot of sport as well as weight training on a bench in my room using dumbells. My average schedule a week over the next few months since my wrist is better will be:

3/4 x 40min sessions of squash
3 x 2 hour sessions of cricket
4 x 40min weight training sessions
1/2 x 45min cycle/jog/swim

The weight training sessions are divided up into:

Chest
Flat press
Flat flies
Flat press with palms facing towards each other

Arms
Dumbell raises
Alternating dumbell raises
Concentration curls
Trciep kickbacks
Tricep extensions

Back
Good mornings
Bent over dumbell rows
1 hand dumbell rows

Legs
Squats
Deadlifts
Lunges
Calf raises

Shoulders
Military press
Alternating military press
Lateral raises

My equipment consists of a York bench and dumbells with varying weights I can attach (about 75kg total). Lost the incline and decline adjuster for it so can only do exercises on the flat bench! I do have a barbell but there isn't enough room to really use it so I just use the dumbells for all exercises described above. I workout on my own do all leg exercises with little weight as I don't have a spotter that could help me load more weight! I don't like going to my uni gym as it's expensive (£1.50 a session) and is full of posers. I also have exams coming up so don't really have time to pop to the gym whenever I want to workout and prefer the convenience of having the stuff at home.

My diet is pretty decent although I do drink I fair amount of alcohol due to this being my last semester ever at uni (on average go out 3 times a week and drink about 7 pints). I know this is a lot but only have 3 months left and want to make the most of cheap beer and easy women!

What I would like are any suggestions that would improve my exercise routine. Should I invest in a new bench or weights? Shall I change my weight training routine, and what supplements shall I buy from myprotein? Cost is an issue for all of the above but I do not mind paying for best if it is worth it (it's only money after all!).

a few simple things:

drop the beer, this is a killer to building muscle.
buy a barbell, you can do more exercises and current ones better
buy an incline bench (or just an adjuster for your current one)
dumbell raises are for shoulders not arms

for the cost of 1 beer you could be doing a session in the gym, you are there for you, forget the 'posers'.

dont buy any supplements from anywhere. you need a decent diet and a decent routine first before taking any supplements.

First of all you need to have a MAJOR overhaul of your routine, it's a mess.

Secondly, what are your goals? I can see quite a mis-match of intentions?

Lastly, are you sure it's the correct time to begin training again?

My advice, if you're planning on living the student lifestyle for the next 3 months would be, come back and post again in 3 months.

Whilst living the lifestyle you've outlined you will never be serious about your training, and you will more than likely do yourself harm as you won't be focused on what you are doing.

Honestly, enjoy what you've got left of the student life, and then come back here and we will set you on the right path.

If you're completely determined to train and make whatever gains it is you desire then I or many others on here will be glad to help but you have to be sure of it. You are drinking way too much alcohol to be taking this seriously right now, if you could limit yourself to one session a week for the next 3 months it would be a massive step in the right direction, but until that time comes, enjoy yourself.
