Been thinking of taking part in this, but i am not sure how it works.

Basically you find someone in need or in poverty, take their portrait, print it and give it to them.
Not sure how this would help people, the only help people i have come accross in poverty just want money or drink, and get quite nasty when you try to photograph them. (I am thinking about "tramps" in Plymouth as an example). If i was a tramp i wouldnt want my portrait to be of someone who isnt clean etc, it would just make me feel dirty and disappointed in myself.
