should have arrived today, any idea what this means?

It's with your courier and sitting in the back of his van. The next stage is signature from customer (you hope).

Guessing it's a home delivery catalogue type service, it's gone out on a van (out for delivery) and has been given to the last mile courier (some middle aged woman usually) who will drop it off in her own car.

Could turn up anytime.

good luck :p i work for hermes and ive never heard anyone complain so much as the couriers do.

if there is a hint of frost they wont go out. so its prob sat in some middle aged womans garage with 3 days worth more.

is your order from a catalogue or next/debs? or is it a C2C?
