Any suggestions?

As you can see from my other threads... I am flopping around more than a fish out of water.

I cam currently siding with the Cloud II's, old reliable if you will, just a great sound and excellent for gaming.

Any hifi headphone with DAC suggestions please before I buy another pair of Cloud II's.

Thanks.

Well i suggest the dt 770 pro 80 or 250ohms version depending if you want it to be easy to power (80 ohms) or not (250 ohms).

The dt 770 costs around 100 to 110 pounds ish, i have a pair and they are good but some might not like the treble of them but i can live with that.

The dt 770 apparently is quite popular or popular in studios for a reason and also they are good enough for gaming in my opinion the soundstage is enough but i can pin point where the sound comes from.

As for the dac maybe the ifi zen dac cost about £130.

IF you have nousy environment Beyerdynamic DT770 is good.
80 ohm version has 3m straight cable, while 250 ohm version has coiled 3m cable.

Creative sells B-stock SBX G6 for mighty expensive £70.

Need a pair with a removeable cable.

Been bit too many times where cables get freyed or somehow come loose despite looking after them and headphones stop working.
