highline card

i made a post a while back about this but i dont think i got a definite answer...

does anyone have a highline debit card with an RBS current account? are their problems obtaining one, as they only gave me a cashline card (which i can only use to withdraw cash from an ATM machine)

also do you have difficulties useing it online, i read somewhere it doesnt have an issue number which makes filling in payment forms in online impossible

have a highlin maestro and had no problems with it. if you leave the issue number blank its fine.

how did you get it may i ask? did they just give it you when you opened the account?

Assuming you have a reasonable amount of money in the account and use it on a regular basis then there shouldn't be any reason for them denying you one. They won't give anyone under 18 one, but thats about it really. I work for RBS btw. Go into a local branch and ask for a highline application form.

Yes

Simply wander into Branch and ask the pretty lady behind the counter.

Never ever has this been in a problem for me in all my years of regularly using this card online. All of these forms are designed to accept cards without issue numbers if you read them properly.
