Quite clearly mentions 3TB in the text...

The Deskstar 7K3000 is Hitachi’s first hard drive to deliver an enormous three terabytes of storage capacity and 7200 RPM performance in a standard 3.5" form factor.

Anyone else notice how the more storage you add, your desire to download increases at an uncontrolled exponential rate...:p

I bought a 1.5TB drive in March, and have managed to fill 900Gb of it in just 4mths, when previously 500GB had lasted nearly 2yrs.:D

....must resist..

Here's a review:-

Digital Versus

Found loads for the 3TB version but this is all i could find for the 2TB.

A very good review that is and as I have been informed, it beats the fantastic CAV black in most cases.

Its a shame the first and second scores are compared to SSDs as this makes the drive initially look bad.

Looks like its the fastest 2TB drive on the market then and quieter than the black too! :D

i find, that with a lot of my friends who upgrade their hard drive, have a need to start to fill it with all sorts of rubbish - anything they can download that they have a vague interest in...

personally, i see that as a fruitless endevour as as soon as it starts to get filled, you either start to delete all that rubbish you spent ages downloading or you look to buy a new drive, wasting more money, and the cycle starts over :p :p :p
