It'll be US time, so you're looking at around 2pm as usual with most releases.

As had been said many times, today is merely the launch itself, not the volume availability of stock. Retailers will have them on the 23rd apparently.

Paper launch today with official release on the 23rd is the way it looks at the minute. Hopefully someone will disregard the nda as usual and we will get some early indications of what these cards can really do.

Not as far as i know the nda for some reason expires on the 23rd go figure seems daft to me.
