Home and garden sub section?

in my very limited time here in GD, i cant say i have noticed a huge amount, if any, home and garden threads that would require it to have its own sub section.
maybe i have just missed them all.

I used to read the odd food thread posted in GD.
I never bother looking in the Food sub forum, so don't see them anymore.

Again there you're assuming that they care at alll. The mods don't exist to discuss the will of the users, asking questions like this after it's already been received by them is just pointless. If they didn't care enough to respond before, asking now isn't going to change that. If they thought it was a good idea then it would've been actioned... there's nothing rude about them not responding. They don't answer to the members.
 
Yes I am aware if that. It doesn't change the fact that they don't owe you anything and aren't being rude at all. They have much more important things to worry about like, well... everything.

Honestly, I think you have this thread mixed up with something else!

Anyway, do you think a final answer would be a good idea? If only to put the matter to rest?

Browsing on my phone so epic cba to read back and find out, but someone said that the mods are being rude by not replying. Just really sigh when I see people totally misunderstanding the mods.

You seem to be taking it a little personally here, I actually have no pronlem with what you've said, it's the OMG THERE WAS A POLL NOW WHERE IS THE SECTION crowd that grind my gears
 
Nah, not taking it personally at all! I'm genuinely interested in wether there will be one or not, everytime I see a house/garden thread in GD it makes me think "Well, what was the decision"

I do think you were a bit mean saying 'if you care you don't matter' but hey, that's the intrawebs for you! :)
