Honda Prelude Gen 4, Vtec, 4ws, 1994 upper ball joint

Hi guys, me again, needing expert help with my lude once more.

My car failed its MOT on a Front Upper Ball Joint, i have searched uk sites and cannot find the part, there are US sites but most wont deliver to UK and im not sure im gonna get the right part.

I tried Honda direct, but they say they only sell as a complete arm and quoted £277.71 +VAT

Anybody know of a UK or other supplier that can deliver the correct part in a week ?
