Honestly officer I photoshopped the photo

A decent Solicitor should sort that out.

Unless of course Motorway cameras spotted him, there doesn't appear to be any real evidence.

If I post on the internet "I shot JR", will the Police be round my house tonight?

Dam straight! :D

You are totally right

I'm surprised that The Sun actually found room for anything other than Bullpoo, mis-quotes and halve truths to be honest.

The fact that someone in their office actually had the time to fathom this out says a lot about the rag to be honest.

I think my words to the Sun would have been less pleasant, mainly consisting of the "4 letter word" variety. Still I always think of speedo photo's as asking for trouble, even if that trouble is just a grilling from the forum.

The pic of the guy did give me a chuckle though :p

I wonder what that will cost him :p

Nothing, there's no actual evidence there

I've posted a pic of my speedo at high speed before when on a german autobahn - that picture could be taken anywhere

Coyne gave away the location by revealing he was taking his new motor to Paris. There is only one motorway he would use from his South East London home. And we identified the exact spot on the M20 near Harrietsham in Kent.

The photos even gave away the moment – 07.26 on May 27. Kent Police were last night examining the evidence. Inspector Paul Sellwood said: “Drivers who commit offences will be dealt with. We are grateful to The Sun.”

Thats only circumstantial evidence. Nothing links the photo of the speedo to the photo of the motorway, or even the story of traveling to Paris.

Or him as the driver? no Distance spacing on the floor (used with speed camera to judge and verify speed)

Lets see what OcUK can do:
