Randox Health Checks, about £360 but the number of tests they do is huge. You could get some of them for free from your GP I would imagine.

Touché

I didn't realise how I eat regularly is basically 'IF' and have been eating 15/9 - 16/8 for a couple of years. Occasionally though (maybe twice a month) I sometimes have a larger than usual dinner, larger than usual breakfast, no lunch (no hunger) and regular dinner.

Not sure if this is placebo but I find it helps 'reset' my body by breaking regular eating patterns.
