Oh yes. Call me sad but this might just sway me to buy a wii first instead of an Xbox360.

I loved the horse racing games like G1 Jockey on XBox and PS2 and this sounds like fun. Does anyone know if anything similar will be coming out on Xbox360?
 
I take it by the lack of responses that console horse racing games are an aquired taste! ;)

I recommend everyone just to give either G1 Jockey or Gallop Racer a try on either the PS2 or the XBox. Even if you're not a horse racing fan, once you get into the game it will grip you. I've rarely played such an addictive game. :)
 
I thought "wow cool" when I saw your thread title, but then when I saw the video I just thought that it would get boring really quickly. It just doesn't have the same effect as "riding" a horse in the arcade :(
 
Here's a video of it in action. The player using it seemed a bit of a noob. You're not supposed to go that fast from the start. Different tactics suit certain horses. ie front runner, come from behind.

I think it'll be a good game to play when you've had a few against a mate. It also looks like good exercise for the wrists! ;)
