Host Monster unlimited domains - what does this mean?

Hi there. I'm trying to build a website and looking for a company to register the domain with and someone to host it.

i came across host monster becuase it's the top in most lists. what i don't understand is it says on their website "Host UNLIMITED Domains!!" and all this for $7 a month.

does this mean that i can register as many .com domains and they will all point to my website?? I don't; see the point why would you want to register loads of domains for the same website?

You can have many different domains on one site, but they can all point to different things.

I'll give you an example.

zz.net points to zz.xx.net, so effectively it allows you to host multiple sites with different domains.
