house buildings and contents insurance - about right ?

coming up to renewal time and i've been quoted from the Halifax ( who i am with now ) for both buildings and contents insurance about £25 a month.

does that sound about right ? or should i shop around a bit ?

oh is a 2 bed house semi detached if that's any use.

I pay £24 for a 3 bed semi through NUD. Rebuild costs are covered to £150K (needs to cover the neighbours house), plus accidential damage. Contents are covered to 70K, plus accidential and away from home cover.
