How can I constantly keep a bottle of red wine tepid?

I put my red wine in the oven for 15 minutes, or even upside down in the kettle. I then enjoy a glass, but 30 minutes it's lots the tepid temperature I like.

I want something I can place the bottle on, next to me on a table.

Any ideas?
