How can i improve my setup

Cable tidy covers. You can get them in 99p shop and even in wilkinsons cheap. It would make the wires coming down from the monitors a lot more hidden and make the whole set up look more tidy :)
 
There is a blind in mind, that pretty much blocks the sun out.

Your desk-o-ma-top has no sense of Feng Shui! You need to go minimalist on its ass, lose the wired mouse and keyboard, Logitech do excellent wireless kit for not much monies and they perform as good as wired stuff.

You also need to find a nicer looking desk arm or at least do something about the gash colour of your current one, spray it using Plastikote matte black perhaps, it will look much more pro.

You also need to re-organise your cabling, they're too visible, tuck them away, trunk them (better option if you can't tuck any more).

Lose those tins too, they're unmanly.

Your desk is not centered with the window, this does make a difference
regardless of what some will no doubt say shortly....

Your window looks like it has no blind/curtain? If so then I'd recommend installing some, you're doing your eyes no good on bright days where they're forced to constantly adjust for vastly different light levels from outside to the screen unless your screen is at 100% contrast and brightness (which is also bad...).
