;) Hi, I know its weird for you uys a money question, and Im 14 years old.
Be serious by the way ...
Right, I have £300, want to do something with it which will make some profit.

What can I do with it... Are Premium bonds worth it, I have read a lot about them, but think I will win, not many have won... Just the odd £50

I would be overly pleased with £50 a month! Thats good for a 14 year old, on top of £35 a month from my paperound.

I may be able to put £30 a month in aswell for bonds, but will I need to take my money back (£300) each time, then buy in a bigger block for £330, is that a better idea.

I hope someone has some advice, I have dreams like many others have

Just bank it in a child saver account they get really good rates and your 14 so you can still get one, get safe montly interest WIN!

i can give you the email address of someone in nigeria, he told me he could help you out and give you 17million in return :p

premium bonds dont pay out that often, well they havent for the people i know who have them

Not much I can recommend - other than gambling which my conscience is steering me away from recommending to you.

Enjoy the good times - and look forward to your late teens/early 20s where parts of your life get more difficult but other parts get better.

I spent ages saving when I was 14 etc just wait till your 16 and get yourself a job a the local supermarket or whatever whilst your doing your A levels (assuming you are going to stay in school)

Make sure that when/if you do your a-levels that you've chucked one family member out of the house so you can get EMA - £30 a week for me :p :D.

In all seriousness you've got a paper round and there aren't really many more jobs about - how about sell some of your old stuff on ebay? oh and put your £300 in a high savers account and try get £25 in there each month and keep it in there for a year and you'll get a few quid back with interest :).

EMA is a god send, I love the bonuses you get at the end of term for doing just 10 hours of lessons a week :D

This is the best idea. Look at it realisticly, if there were something you could do with your money that gave you a high return with little risk, we'd all be doing it. and we're not :(

True, very true thanks for the help so far, including the little jokes :p

Whatever you did to get £300, keep doing it. (unless it was by poisoning relatives for their cash....)
