How did you arrive at your current hair style?

Washed it, combed it all back then stood in the wind for a bit. Worked quite well, but it's getting a bit too long for it to stand up by itself...

I'm not really after anything... it looks alright as it is. I just think it might have been better when it was shorter.

I have two modes. We'll call one "Short" and one "Long".

I get it cut to Short
Wait for it to grow to Long (6 months generally)

Until 6 months ago I just asked for a number 7 on top, and the back and sides "a bit shorter". I had that hairstyle for about 10 years though and I felt really bored with it. Haven't had a haircut for 6 months now and I'm loving the feeling when it gets blown back by the wind. I'm gonna keep growing it until my fringe reaches below my chin, then get it cut so it looks like Sawyer's hair from Lost.
