how dirty is your motor?

it gets 7mins and 30seconds on the jetwash once a week to keep the dust off

Heh i've never washed or cleaned mine inside our out and i've had it for 3 years. Oddly, it doesn't even look dirty on the outside. Inside is getting a bit dusty though.

Those of you with dusty interiors... get a pledge duster, it costs like £3 or something. I keep mine in the boot and get it out every now and then for a quick dusting.

I commit the ultimate sin of looking after the paint well but not cleaning the wheels.

Why? Because the wheels look better when they are dirty.

What's wrong with a cloth? I keep one of those micro fibre ones in the door pocket for the windscreen - sometimes I give the dash top a quick once over if I'm bored

Because the pledge duster is so fluffy that it gets into the hard-to-reach areas and the air vents, instrument panel etc. With a cloth you have to poke your fingers about and you might even push the dust further in.

I keep the inside of my car clean. The outside has been cleaned twice in 18 months. Probably won't clean it on the outside until the spring now. It is getting far too cold.

Considering dirty car == internet cools;

tried to shame my mate into cleaning his car. it failed. he didn't notice for a couple of days, as the side he saw when he got out of his house and then parked up at work - was always the dirty side.

August, 2009 but this was not me it was the dealer.

If I cleaned it would be muddy in a day, no point.

Its like drying a Dolphin, only for it to jump back in the sea after.

very dirty.... not washed it in months... only time i'd had time it's been dark lol....

needs a good clean when i get a day off this bloody house.....
