How do I install 140mm fans in the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ITX?

I picked up the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ITX with accepts 1x 200mm, 2x 140mm or 2x 120mm in the front.

The mounting is a bit confusing as I can't use the normal fan screws.
What kind of hardware do I need to mount two of these?

I was searching eBay and not finding anything suitable.
I did find rubber mounting screws but they are probably too big.

Not sure what the problem is. I did a quick google and found image below of 2x 140mm front fans in Evolv ITX.

Worst case, I could dig my Evolv ITX case out and physically look at mounting holes.

You can see in the photo that those are not the normal fan screws that came with the fan.
Also, it looks like they only used 2 screws per fan which is a bit odd.

I have MATX, not ITX, sorry. Having mounting screws at alternate corners of fan like top fan in image works fine, but only 2 screws on one side can sometimes let opposite side of fan vibrate against case. Could you possible mark and drill at least 1 bottom mounting screw hole for lower fan?
