How do I rip some audio from web page to mp3?

First of all sorry if this breaches any copyright - I wasn't sure or not.

I want to make 2 mp3s of 2 songs played live by Kate Nash on Radio 1 today - this is the link to the show.

How can I have this playing in the background and then rip certain sections as mp3s - I guess record them? Is there an app that can do this?

it does break copyright, windows sound recorder set to record wave will do it

Thanks for the quick replies! If and when these are released on single/EP etc I'll defo be buying but want them for my ipod in the meantime.

Used Audacity with the LAME plugin, got both MP3s now!

First time doing any sort of music ripping, suprised how easy Audacity was to record, cut and slice and then export the track. Thanks for the pointers!
