How do I stop my secondary display changing res?

I'm trying to run R6 Vegas on my comp but I can only run it on non-native res for smooth frames. When it starts my secondary display goes at the same lows res and makes my winamp all hickedly pickedly. Anyway I can stop this and keep my secondary display at it's native res? I'm using the usual ATi drivers and CCC.

It's fine with all the games I can run at native res.
