How do you chill before a big interview?

Asking this on behalf of my sis. She has a massive interview tomorrow and has to be up at 5 so is stressed about getting no sleep, can't relax etc.

Any ways in which you guys relax before a big event?

Get laid???
I recommend doing something completely exhausting like wii fit for a ridiculous amount of time and then sleeping is easy

I start panicking early, that way I'm mostly over it by the time I get there

Good question. It's something that I have always felt that I have struggled with yet when it comes to the interview itself I am at the right level of confidence and it all goes ok.
No idea how I manage it as sometimes it feels like i'm going to have a nervous breakdown!

I have the opposite problem. I need to get myself amped up for interviews (which traditionally involves listening to The Prodigy on the way there).

too late now so pointless advice and its not really an answer to your question anyway, however apply for any job you can get an interview for so you have a load of interviews under your belt..

then when you get the interview for hte job you want its second nature and you will not worry... you will know the questions they are likley to ask and come across much better!
