Deal with it. Harsh and it's the hardest thing about a break up that you didn't instigate, but you gotta deal with it or it will grind away at you for months or even years.

Seriously, the best thing you can do know is get laid or try to get some interest from other women. Sounds callous but your mind will soon start to forget if you can.
