i ll be using it for photoshop work with multiple apps open at the same time
itunes/spotify/photomatix/IE7
and some minor gaming (nothing heavy,mostly swat4 etc)

this will be displayed through my 37" HDTV

will these parts all play nicely together?
any changes i need to make?

looks good to me mate, however dont think that CPU cooler can be used for that socket so make sure you get the compatible one.

You need Dual Channel DDR3 Ram for AM3 to work.
Also the CPU Cooler is for the 775 Socket so not ccertain if it will fit.
Windows 7 isn't out till late october so make certain you have an OS to tide you over.

thank you for pointing that out.ideally id like more than 4gig of ram or will 4 still make my pc nice and speedy?

will that quad core really make a difference compared to the tri core black edition? I wont be over clocking because i dont have a scooby doo how to do so.

Anyone recommend 6gig of ram? Thank you.
