How easy is it to build a pc for a complete novice ?

Just opened the Zalman Z9 plus case to take a look and there are no hard drive caddies ?

I know there is a pack of rubber like wheels that are supposed to attach to the hard drives so you roll them in but ive got an OEM Samsung 830 SSD, there is no way the SSD is wide enough to work on that system lol, it will need a caddie.

I'm not sure i'm that keen on the case, its a budget case and it feels like one, the side door isn't the most elegant to get off :D

Probably going to returnt it and get a better quality case.

You can mount the SSD in the 3.5 inch bay (where you would put a floppy drive or more commonly now a card reader) or the SSD can also be mounted on the back of the mobo tray..... so you could infact mount two SSDs easily in the Z9.

It is a budget case but it is very well spec'd and makes for a great "starters case". The four fans and the P4/8 extension must be worth £20ish alone. You could reuse them infact, once you feel you've outgrown the case and want something bigger/better.

yup id check youtube for guides plenty there... and ask here for help if required

the only real way to learn sometimes is to get stuck in though lol but id watch the vids just in case :)

Do you have the game Dirt Showdown ?

I don't fella. Did you get it free on the OCuk Offer?

I have Dirt3 which i did enjoy, Showdown from what I recall of the review is much more of an arcade style game. I prefer simulation myself but that doesn't mean that others can't enjoy it for what it is :)

Unfortunately we are limited for driving games on the PC. I really wish they would release Forza motorsport on PC but that's unlikely to happen. My xbox is purely used for that game alone.
