Just hard enough to get a 2.1 to be able to get offered a PhD.
Now doing said PhD and working just hard enough to get by.
I could have worked harder, and should have.
Still worked a lot harder than a the stereotypical student though

Disappointingly it feels like the grade you get is more logarithmic instead of linear compared to the amount of time spent.
This is pretty much true with life though.
How hard did you work at University versus how much you spent having a good time?
