How high are the OCZ 4GB (2 x 2GB) PC2-6400C5 clocking?

I have it running at 800Mhz stable, not sure of the timings as I'm using SPD - will have to check when I get home. I've not tried to take them any higher so far, I did have to increase the volts to make them work at this speed.

yeah to be honest im very interested. im going to go from 800mhz ultra low geil 2gb to 4gb (maybe even 8gb) of this ocz ram. im using the p5ne-sli

I dont want to hi-jack thread but I have same Q for another brand of 4GiG, Ideally I always used the 2GiG 4-4-4-12 for customers but the 4GiG is slacker at 5-5-5-5-18 :( , hope it can tighten up with little volts added :) .

I don't think any of the 2x2gb kits are clocking particularly well.

CAS5 suggests that they're already near their limit at stock.

Nearly all 4gb kits are terrible at overclocking: gskill, ocz, corsair etc. all struggle to go over 800mhz.

I bought a set of dominator 4gb when they came out a while back, worst ram I have ever bought. It can do 5-5-5-15 at 830mhz and that's it.
Great at stock and the mild oc though as it only got slightly warm to the touch on heavy load.
Currently using 2 kits in my pc as a quick tester before it goes off to another machine and the newer stuff is still as bad.

Mushkin 8500 2*2gb for overclocking. :)

:(, the 2GiG 4-4-4-12 Kits do 1000mhz no probs, I will return to Corsair if crap, there aint 1 review online and not even a mention on their own site ( I know they have new site though)

Edit: The new ram only came into stock today ( I will check Rev) and I will be on a AMD so memory CPU's controler may help.

As an aside, I've got 4 x 1gb geil ULL 6400 installed atm at stock speed (800mhz) but the timings are 4-4-4-12 @ stock volts (2.1vdimm), they appear stable too, had no probs at all with that, but of course, they won't overclock at all.
