How I work washing machine?

I no longer have a woman to wash my clothes. This is a problem for me, I have all the ingredients and the machine to do it, but never having done it before I am a tad perplexed. I do not want to ruin my clothes so I am turning to you guys to help me out.

I want to wash my clothes at 30 and I do not want the dryer to start as a lot of the clothes say do not tumble dry on the label.

Here are the settings available and I have no idea which ones to pick

Just do any wash on a cold temp, can't go wrong.

Turn the dial to 90c and put some bleach in, that'll get them nice and clean.

Tried that, I even found the manual, it gave me no help what so ever.
