Hopefully DLSS will help with this, but I can see this needing numerous driver revisions before things are optimal. Be nice to see some more games released supporting RTRT and DLSS as well.
Yes DLSS will help. Was watched Nvidia CES 2019 keynote, was really very impressed with 3DMark Portal Royal at 1440p running at 45 fps with both RTX and DLSS enabled compared to 30 fps with RTX and TAA enabled. I was blew away by second Justice demo finally running very smooth and much better details than the first Justice demo. Justice 4K with RTX off on RTX 2070 50 fps, RTX 2080 60 fps and RTX 2080 Ti 75 fps, with RT on RTX 2070 40 fps, RTX 2080 45 fps and RTX 2080 Ti 60 fps, with RT and DLSS on RTX 2070 above 50 fps, RTX 2080 above 60 fps and RTX 2080 above 75 fps.
So with both RTX and DLSS enabled will see no performance loss compared to RTX off with TAA enabled.
Impressive and very exciting.
