I think i'm becomming one with mobile phones.

Had my Sony Ericsson W800i on O2 (£30 a month) since August so it's up for renewal soon.

Got a Nokia 6280 over a week ago on T-Mobile Flext 25.

I'm getting an MDA Vario 2 on Flext 35 in July.

I'm hovering over the "Buy" button on a site for a Nokia N91 on O2 250 (£35 a month) but it has 9 months half price line rental.

I use my o2 one for texting as it costs me £28 a month for 50 minutes and 700 text messages.

I use my T-mobile one for ringing as i get 300 minutes for £25 a month.

I'm just loving new phones and can't stop myself.

Is anyone else like this?

I think i may need more pockets soon to store them all.

I have 3x contracts and I though I was bad :o One main phone number, one extra that I took when I was going through minutes like nobody's business, and final one to get the O2 XDA. I plan on cancelling the 2nd one ASAP.

To be honest, you should sell the old phone and buy the new phone you are lusting after SIM-free (or 2nd hand, or PAYG, etc), because all those contracts must add up to a huuuge amount to pay per month. (Even those cashbacks are still spend-first, refund-later)

And really, hand on heart, do you ever carry around more than two? Even on a stretch, I can only ever imagine carrying two at most, and that's 1 for voice calls and 1 PDA type thing with data. For me, any more than that is just a waste of energy carrying the extra weight :p

The Flext tariffs are such that you should never need more than one contract, ever again... if you choose the Flext 75. (Unless you are hard-wired into a phone, but that's kinda different!)
 
Nope, I'm pretty much the opposite. I have 2 contracts, 1 for my phone (8800) and my work tool (XDA Exec) on a data only tarrif.

I go though 18 months on average before upgrading.
 
I currently have a k750i and a 6280 on contract. I have just ordered a Qtek s200 (orange m600) and i have pre-ordered a nokia n80 and a sony ericsson p990i :eek:
 
Hehe at the moment i have 3 phones

One is the o2 exec pda thingy which im using purely as a pda unit

My second phone is the nokia 6680 which is on an o2 tariff

My third phone is the SE W810i with TMobile who i just recently signed up on their flext50 with web n walk tariff.

Im also hoping to get a black nokia n80 tommorrow at some point which i will be using as well.

So thats 4 phones and out of all 4 ill be keeping the exec, W810i and N80. The 6680 will be a backup emergency phone as i absolutely detest using it, too damn slow.

The w810i will be sent off to get unlocked and de-branded from the tmobile crap and ill be disconnecting from o2 as of today...well soon as i get my PAC code that is.
