Unfortunately Bakez thread was closed after the above comment, however, it is a good one.

How many people here do get up pretty damn early to train?

I am no pro, but i am up around 6am atleast 3 mornings a week to do cardio.

Who else is up with the early birds to train?

I'm a student, I don't get out of bed for anyone or anything.

damn early for students is just getting to maccyds for a breakfast isnt it?

I tried it a few times a few years back - I was so tired I just couldnt workout properly, kind of wasted the workout really.

Nothing better than an early morning run - when its cool and the air is crisp...

Only go out early occasionally, im not a morning person :D plus I really struggle at the crack of dawn!

Used to train very early, now hitting it a bit later but will probably return to training early during the summer.

No chance, have always trained in the evening.

The only type of training I would consider doing early would be running.

Not 5am but I hope to start going to the gym before work in the future and not after. Leaving work at 5pm often means I dont get out of the gym until 7/7:30, munching quite heavily into my evenings.

They say exercise is better for you in the morning anwyay, dont they?
